MBA Business Management's professional training program focuses not only on management, but also on the business and sales skills of a trader, including emerging e-business.

 

The program in this specialization is designed for all who engage in trading of different types, as well as to managers who manage their business teams at different levels of management or to prepare for the management. The program provides students with both the theoretical education in basic disciplines of management, law and business skills, such as problem solving,

decision making, negotiation and communication. Active methods such as case studies, didactic games, role playing, etc. are also used during the course of study. In the case of full-time teaching, it is possible to consult and analyze specific problem situations from the audience's practice.


Study Modules

The modules are completed with a credit which is granted on the basis of obtaining the required minimum number of credits. Credits are evaluated for participation in attendance classes and tests or seminar work from the module.

The final modules are devoted to the completion of the study - the complex knowledge of the given problem is demonstrated by the students by the final thesis, which they advocate before the commission, and by the debate on a topic related to the final work. The Commission is composed of lecturers, important guests.

Management

The aim of the introductory module is to acquaint students with the nature, mission and core tasks of management in the corporation.

Personal development of manager and development techniques

The aim of the module is to introduce time management students, learn how to use the basic principles of this management method, and learn techniques that can achieve more efficient performance.

Strategic management

Objective of the course in terms of learning outcomes and competences The aim of the module is to acquaint students with the objectives and the essence of strategic management, to explain the content and the interrelation of the key concepts of strategic management, missions, visions and strategic goals, to indicate the importance and directions of strategic strategy implementation and strategic audit, to acquaint students with some strategic management development directions.

Human Resource Management

The aim of the module is to create and adopt a comprehensive idea of ​​the principle of human resources management, the importance of human potential and its development to enhance the competitiveness of the corporation and the importance and leadership tasks.

International Business Operations

The aim of the module is to acquaint the students with the essence of individual international business operations, with the different types of surveys needed for entering the foreign markets, with the issue of contractual collateral in international trade and with the principles of franchising functioning, its benefits and risks.

Law and business

The aim of the module is to acquaint students with the basic theoretical knowledge of legal regulations regulating business law and their practical application, including the adoption of basic contractual types with which the entrepreneur normally comes into contact with his activities.

Project management

The aim of the module is to acquaint students with the problems of project management and risk management optimization and risk management in order to acquire the basic skills of the project manager and the team leader.

Marketing communications

Learning outcomes of the course unit The aim of the module is to provide students with a comprehensive view of all areas related to the preparation of marketing and communication strategies, to define the basic concepts of marketing communication and to recognize their implementation on international markets in their specifics, the basics of media planning and to familiarize participants with current trends in marketing communications.

Selling skills

The module aims to provide information about skills that are important in sales and trading at all. Attention will be paid to modern techniques and models.

E – business

The aim of the E-business module is to introduce students to the issues of how to do business with the Internet or the Internet. other information and communication technologies. These are mainly the possibilities of establishing an e-commerce or internet presentation, the legislative environment and the use of Internet marketing tools.

At the same time, students will be provided with information about social networking and their use within the framework of (not only electronic) entrepreneurship, as well as the basic information from the point of view of electronic security with regard to legislation and the sensitivity of internal information.

Methodology of the final thesis

The aim of the module is to acquaint the students with the general principles of the final thesis, with the formal modification of the professional work, prepare them for the defense of the final thesis.

Final thesis and defense

The aim of the module is to prepare a final thesis and defend it before the commission.


Program schedule

The program is one-year, and it is in the Czech language combined form of study. A combined form of study, which includes direct teaching with lecturers supplemented by e-learning and self-study, enables students to adapt their studies to their current time options so they can pass it on a job.

In the course, students can consult with the lecturers as well as problems from their work environment and thus apply newly acquired knowledge and information directly to their practical working life.

The study is usually started twice a year - in October and in March / April, for corporate teams it is possible to agree on a different deadline.



Tuition can be paid in 4 installments or by appointment.
